Evans Student Scholars Launch
Today, CHOIR welcomes our Evans Student Scholars.

We are happy to announce that CHOIR will be participating in Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM) Evans Student Scholars (EES) summer internship program. This professional development and training program is for medical students from under-represented groups. This year CHOIR is partnering with ESS so that more students can participate; instead of the usual three, there will be six total students this year. In addition to training events for all students, CHOIR investigators will formally mentor three of the students. Please join us in welcoming Alexandra Lujan, Aisha Griffin, Sara Shoushtari, Julio Garcia, Haley Mullins, Micaiah Bully to the program which begins today! At the end of the 6 weeks these students will give a 20-minute presentation to their peers and program administrators, as well as to interested members of the BUSM and CHOIR communities, about what they have been working on.
